본 연구는 기혼직장인을 대상으로 가족기능 유형에 따른 여가제약과 여가만족의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 기혼직장인을 대상으로 가족기능 유형에 따른 가족응집력과 가족적응력에 따라 네 집단, 응집력과 적응력 모두 높은 집단(HH가족), 응집력이 높고 적응력은 낮은 집단(HL가족), 응집력이 낮고 적응력이 높은 집단(LH가족), 응집력과 적응력 모두 낮은 집단(LL가족)으로 분류하여 가족기능에 따라 집단간 차이를 검증 한 결과 여가제약에서는 주변의식, 신체장애에서 집단간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 여가만족에서는 휴식적 만족, 사회적 만족, 환경적 만족에서 집단간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 가족 구성원간에 긴밀한 정서적 유대를 지속. 발전시키며 가족의 정서적 안정 확립과 바람직한 가족환경 및 가족관계의 형성을 유도하여 여가활동이나 위기에 대한 저항력까지 갖출 수 있게 하므로 여가만족을 높일 수 있는 여가시설의 확충과 다양한 여가 프로그램의 개발이 추진되어야 한다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the patterened out by family function and their difference between groups. This study divides the families of married employees into four groups according to cohesion and adaptability; HH Family who is high in both cohesion and adaptability, HL Family high in cohesion but low in adaptability, LH Family low in cohesion but high in adaptability and LL Family low in both cohesion and adaptability. When analysed the difference of leisure constraint between the HL, LH and HL, LL Families, When analysed the difference of leisure satisfaction between the HL, LH and LL, LH Families, The result means high in cohesion Family will take leisure constraint to feel, leisure satisfaction is high. It is suggestive, therefore, to develop a method for effective communication to enhance family cohesion and adaptability and a program to reinforce family relationship and emotional tie.
