The purpose of this research is to understand the brain scientific mechanism of ADHD and to suggest educational interventions based on that mechanism. According to the results, ADHD is generated by the dysfunction of brain structures processing the sensory information, which are thalamus, basal ganglia, corpus callosum, and pre-frontal cortex. Also, the malfunction of the neurotransmitter, dopamine, is closely related to ADHD. The effective educational interventions for ADHD, which are extracted from the brain mechanism, are as the followings: For the academic development, first, unnecessary stimuli should be removed from the instructional environment, second, the essence of instructional contents should be extracted and well organized, and third, students\' sensory preference should be identified and used. For the emotional and behavioral development, first, classroom atmosphere should be stable and accepting, second, simple and clear classroom rules and regulations should be established, third, immediate and visible rewards and consequences should be implemented, and fourth, students should be trained to regulate their emotions and behaviors by themselves.
