본 연구는 유아교사의 행복 관련 논문의 연구동향을 분석하고 앞으로 나아가야 할 연구의 방향을 제시 하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석대상 논문은 국내 석박사 학위논문과 한국연구재단의 등재 및 등재후보지 에 수록된 유아교사의 행복 관련 논문 83편이다. 주요 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 교사의 행복관련 연구는 2006년에 나오기 시작했고 2012년부터 급격히 증가하고 있는 가운데 연구주 제는 유아교사의 행복 관련 변인 연구, 행복증진 프로그램의 개발과 그 효과를 검증하는 연구, 행복의 의미를 탐색하는 연구의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구의 대부분을 차지하는 유아교사의 행복관련 변 인연구의 연구내용을 좀 더 상세히 살펴보고자 하위주제로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 유아교사의 행복관 련 변인연구는 직무관련 변인, 사회정서변인, 사회인구학적 배경 변인의 순으로 많이 연구되고 있었 다. 셋째, 유아교사의 행복관련 연구의 연구대상은 보육교사가, 연구유형은 양적 연구가, 자료수집방 법은 검사 및 척도를 활용한 연구가, 그리고 자료분석방법은 관계검증을 적용한 연구가 가장 많은 것 으로 나타났다. 앞으로 행복증진 프로그램 개발연구와 효과를 검증하는 연구, 행복감 측정도구 개발 에 관한 연구, 그리고 유아교육 현장에서 경험하는 유아교사의 행복을 심층적으로 이해하는 질적 연 구의 필요성을 제기하였다.
This study investigates the research trend in early childhood teachers’ happiness and makes suggestions for future research. The subject consisted of 83 papers in KCI(KCI-candidated) journals and master or doctor thesis. The main results were as follows. Firstly, the themes in papers were, in order of frequency, ‘research of early childhood teacher’s happiness-related variables’, ‘research of program development and effect analysis’, and ‘the meaning of early childhood teacher’s happiness’, while the number of the papers has rapidly increased since 2012. Secondly, further analysis of the sub-themes of the papers shows that the papers dealing with early childhood teacher’s happiness-related variables were focused on job related variable and, socio emotional variables. Thirdly, the major research type was quantitative research, the majority of the subjects was educare teacher, the popular data collection method was tests or scales, and the data analysis was mostly performed by relational verification. From the present investigation, three kinds of research are suggested: happiness program development and effect analysis, development of measuring scale, and qualitative research.
