The purpose of present study was to analyze a tendency in the studies related to workplace child-care facilities published in Korea. To achieve our research goal, this study investigated the amount of workplace child-care studies as the year of publication and analyzed the main topics of the studies as both the subject and research method. Total 159 studies were analyzed. First, the results from this study showed that workplace child-care studies had gradually increased since 2002 and approximately over ten studies had been published per year after 2005. The growing tendency of workplace child-care studies might reflect social and political concern about child-care in contemporary Korean society. Second, workplace child-care studies were mainly conducted within the topic of establishment and management of child-care center, effect of workplace child-care, and child-care worker. Lastly, the study in which research subject was a child and research method such as an observation were rarely conducted. From these results, several future direction for workplace child-care studies were suggested.
