국문초록

본 연구는 사회과학분야의 사회사업운용에서 마음의 평정을 잃은 노인들의 심 리적 어려움이 되고 있는 스트레스, 자아존중감, 우울 감의 문제를 초점으로 한 집단 사회사업의 프로그램을 창의적으로 응용하여 효과성과 사회사업서비스 프로 그램 활성화의 필요성에 따른 방안을 실험적으로 응용하여 실시하였다. 노인들의 심리적 평정에 어려움을 겪는 노인들을 대상으로 임의 표집으로 통제집단과 실험 집단으로 나누어 진행하였다. 연구목적에 따라 알아본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사전검사-사후검사에 따른 전체 스트레스 차이에 대해 살펴보면 전체스 트레스가 통제집단에 비해 감소 된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 t=3.067, p<0.5로 나 타나 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 연구문제 2)의 사전검사-사후검사에 따른 자아존중감 차이에 대해 살펴보면 자아존중감이 통제집단에 비해 감소 된 것으 로 나타났다. 하지만 p>.05로 나타나 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구문제 3)의 사전검사-사후검사에 따른 우울감 차이에 대해 살펴보면 우울감이 통제집단에 비해 감소하였지만 p>.05로 나타나 유의미한 차이를 보이 는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서는 마음챙김명상 프로그램이 노인들의 스트레스를 감소 시키고 자아존중감을 향상시켰으며 우울감이 감소된 것으로 나타나, 집단사회사 업의 서비스에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문초록

This is This study is research in social science focused. about stress, self-respectand depression of the old lacking peacein mind and creative application of social group work programs. First, the difference between preand post-test reveals decreased stress. In second and third, self-respect and depression are lower while insignificant. The result show mindfulness meditation programs decreased stress and depression, and raised self-respect suggesting that they can be applied to social group works with effect.
