The conception about atomic energy of elementary school teachers were surveyed and analyzed for the acquirement of suggestion in developing energy instruction program. The atomic energy related knowledge level of elementary school teachers is not so high and is similar to that of public people. The teachers in elementary shool have the conception that the safety of power generation from nuclear plants is suspenseful, also show not so high reliance to the media. They recognize the strong points of atomic power generation, while do not recommend it as a future energy source because of the uncertainty related with the safety.
