The purpose of this study is to apply energy-environmental education program to Internet-addicted
students and identify actual effects in preventing students from Internet-addiction, together with changes in
environmental sensitivity in them. In order to achieve the purpose, energy-environmental programs were
planned based on the variables of Internet addiction. Then, a class of the fifth grade students in a elementary
school located in Seoul took K-test and few students were found to be "Internet-addicted". After the test,
students received 13 classes of energy-environmental education programs during their creative extra-curricular
activity class. Based on the results, energy-environmental education programs can be applied in reality to
achieve higher environmental sensitivity. For another, the programs had positive results concerning prevention
of Internet-addiction.
