국문초록

이 연구의 목적은 해외 에너지 기후변화 교육 관련 로드맵을 분석하여, 우리나라 에너지 기후변화 로드 맵 개발 시 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 2014년 발표된 유럽 연합의 ‘Strategic Energy Technology(SET) Plan Roadmap on Education and Training’과 미국공립대학협회의 ‘Science, Education and Outreach Roadmap for Natural Resources’을 분석하였다. 결과, 로드맵 개발은 다년 간, 많은 전문가가 참여하여 이루어져야 한다. 또한 로드 맵 개발과정에는 피드백 과정이 포함되어야 한다. 로드맵 내용에는 목표를 설정하고, 현재 상태 파악, 지식, 기술, 능력의 격차 및 요구 분석 후 행동 전략이 제시되어야 하겠다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze offshore energy and climate change roadmap on education and obtain advice about a development of Korea energy and climate change roadmap on education. Researchers have analyzed ‘Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan Roadmap on Education and Training’ and ‘Science, Education and Outreach Roadmap for Natural Resources’ published in 2014. As a result, many experts should be involved in the development of the roadmap and developed for many years. In addition, the roadmap development process includes the feedback process. Finally, the contents of a roadmap include setting goals, knowledge, skills, and Competences (KSC) needs and gaps, and action strategies.
