This study is case study on the intervention in intellectual disability adolescent damaged by sexual violence. At
the time of counselling, the client attended special school, residing in facilities in the form of group home with
relevant social worker. The counselling mainly focussed on adolescent damaged by sexual violence with occasional
participation of relevant social worker or teacher. The counselling was made in 18 sessions from December 8,
2010 to January 26, 2011, namely, 16 interviews with the client and 1 interview with relevant social worker
and teacher respectively. The main counselling model applied to intervention was based on Food Art
Therapy(FAT) and Art Therapy and some kinds of psychological tests and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and
Reality Therapy known as means of diagnosis and therapy were used for supplementation. To properly assist the
client in the overall course of counselling, the counselor tried to maintain the main concept of FAT such as
affectionate vision, emotional exchange, hearty interest and the flow and viewpoint of animated forum.
After counselling, the client were more relaxed mentally and physically in facial expression or expression with
improved self-efficacy. The relevant social worker and teacher who cared client also reported that most of their
anxieties or protruding behaviors in daily life disappeared with improved relation with friends and ameliorated
adaptability in overall daily life.
