In this study, study of Model and six study hypothesis is established for looking into job satisfaction organizational commitment and turnover intention is influenced by teachers' job stress. For the testing of study hypothesis established this study gathered question materials from 202 teachers in the elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, used Cronbach's α value testing method for conforming the confidence of measurement item, identified the validity of measurement conception through factor analysis.For testing the study hypotheses established in analyzing the relationship of job satisfaction organizational commitment and turnover intention by using covariance structural analysis, this study identified the suitability of model and the method of simultaneously inferring the variables in model.The meaning of this studying follow:First, this studying could identified the result that teachers' job stress has the negative influence into organizational commitment and job satisfaction, particularly the stress of administration system and approval position has the negative influence into organizational commitment, the stress of human relation and job environment has the negative influence into job satisfaction. By this it is significant that the job stress influencing into organizational commitment and the job stress influencing into job satisfaction was classified.Second, it becomes the identifying that organizational commitment and job satisfaction lies in the very meaning positive influencing relation.Third, this study identified that the less job satisfaction the more turnover intention.
