The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of service-learning on the view of teaching profession for female prospective teachers. The view of teaching profession is classified into the view of sacred job, the view of technical job, and the view of blue-collar job. 62 female prospective teachers were used as subjects. They were classified into an experimental group(Service-learning participants) and a control group. This study was conducted using a pre-test, middle-test, and post-test(all 3 times) designed for an experimental group and a control group. Multi-level analysis using the growth model was conducted to analyze the effects of the service-learning. Results of this study are summarized as follows:First, the experimental group demonstrated a continuously higher degree of the view of technical job than the control group. Second, the experimental group demonstrated a continuously lesser degree of the view of blue-collar job than the control group. Third, There was no significant difference on the growth rate of the view of sacred job between an experimental group and a control group with low other-oriented perfectionism.
