When the education policy for the gifted will be extended in the students and domains, we recognized it was a urgent problem. This study was to research the gifted teacher education and employment. For this study, the literature study was executed to research the gifted teacher education and employment of diverse programs by states in the America. and the gifted teacher education and employment program was managed systematically in the Singapore and the Israel. Moreover, the gifted teacher education and employment program was researched and surveyed in Korea. According to the survey of the gifted teacher, the professional awareness was relatively low. The discussed policy for the gifted teacher education and employment programs to enrich the professional capability was surveyed. "The gifted teacher certification" was supported by the 67%, the graduated school for the gifted teacher in the mastery and doctoral course was approved by 78.1%, and the employment for the gifted education without teacher certification was half. The results of this study was submitted the fundamental study for the gifted education to be extended. This study was very suggestive to the gifted teacher education and employment policy.
