유아교사와 학부모의 인간관계

국문초록

사회변화에 따라 학부모 역할에 대한 기대와 인식이 달라지고， 실제 자녀에게 크게 영향을 미치고 있는 학부모들의 의식변화와 더불어 그들의 교육참여가 현저하게 증가하고 있는 시점에서 유아교사와 학부모의 인간관계가 갖는 의미에 주목하여 그 교육적 의미와 특성， 그리고 교사에게 요구되는 바람직한 자세를 살펴 보았다． 학부모됨， 의식변화， 사회변화， 역할인식 및 수행， 그리고 상호기대 측면에서 유아교사 - 학부모 관계는 교육적 의미를 지니며， 그 관계는 운명적， 간접적， 부분적， 일시적，（불평등적)이중적 관계라는 특성이 있다고 볼 수 있다． 이에 따르는 문제극복과 바람직한 관계정립을 위해 교사의 의식변화와 더불어 학부모를 신뢰， 존중하면서 접촉능력을 자율적으로 강화하는 교사의 자세가 요구된다．

영문초록

The Purpose of this study is to provide desirable directions for human relations in early childhood educations. To serve this purpose, the foundations of human relations, the educational meaning and characters of human relations between kindergarten teachers and parents are studied. Their human relations have meanings on 'parenthood', 'social change', 'role cognition and role taking', 'consciousness changer, and 'role expect'. The characters of human relations between kindergarten teachers and parents are 'hardly have choice relations', 'indirect relations', 'partially limited relations', 'temporary relations', 'double-faced relations'. As conclusion, the ideal teacher's role and attitudes are 'qualified teachers', 'sharing love effectively', 'trying to develope themselves', 'respect parents'. So, it is recommended to have lecture of human relations in teacher education for more effective ability of kindergarten teachers
