The purpose of this study was to examine the general trends of the conflict management styles of the kindergarten teachers to their directors and their teachers, and to analyze the conflict management styles according to the the teachers' demographic variables including age, educational career. education level, marriage status and kindergarten sponsors. For this purpose the kindergartens' conflict management styles were surveyed by A Measure of Styles of Handling Interpersonal Conflict ( Rahim, 1983). The subjects were 199 kindergarten teachers and the collected data was analyzed by the frequency, percent and x2. The major findings are below: 1) The most frequent conflict management styles of teachers were the integrating styles to their teachers and the obliging styles to their directors. 2) The teachers showed to use the diverse conflict management styles according to the class. 3) There was the significant differences among the teachers' conflict management styles according to the demographic variables of teachers.
