The purpose of this study is to define the relationship between expectation level, self-efficacy and feedback, and the performance of elemneraty school children. The subjects are 242(male:131; female:111) elementary school children in Kwangju city. The task is the perfromance to throw the ring in the target. The independent cariables are achievement motivation, expectaion level and self-efficacy, and the dependent variable is task performance score. The results are as follow:
1. The achievement motivation influenced the performance because the group with higher achievement motivation showed superior performance to the one with lower achievement motivation.
2. The expectation did not influence the performance because there are no differences between the groups with expectation.
3. The anxiety did not influence the performance but expectation influenced it.
4. The feedback influenced the performance and male\'s performance showed superior performance to female\'s
5. There are fignificant correlations between achievement motivation and performance, between self-efficacy and performance, and between anxiety and performance. The self-efficacy, achievement motivation and anxiety of subjects had influence on their performance.
