The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the attribution to the Level of the achievement motivation on the performance of elmentary school children. The subjects are 203 elementary school children in Kwangju city. The independent cariables are achievement motivation and attribution. This study uses Achievement Motivation Scale for children and Weiner\'s Attribution scale. The tasks are the Zingzing test and the performance to put on the ball in the two goal points by foot. the dependent cariables are speed and errors to take on the Zingzing test.
the results are as follws:
1. The achievement motivation had influence on the performance because the higher achievement motivation group showed faster performence significantly than the lower one did.
2. In the analysis of the tendency to selecting tasks. the higher achievement motivation group tended to select more difficult tasks than the lower one did.
3. In the analysis of the tendency to the attribution between success and failure, there are no significant performance according to attribution between success and failure, there are no significant differences between the groups.
4. In the analysis of the performance according to attribution , the group with the attributtion of effort showed superior performance to the other.
