본 연구의 목적은 교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료가 전업주부의 양육태도와 양육 스트레스에 미치는 영향 을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 6-7세 유아기 자녀를 둔 전문대졸이상의 30대 전업주부이다. 실험집 단과 통제집단을 각각 8명씩 구성하여 진행하였으며, 양육태도 척도 검사와 양육 스트레스 척도검사를 실시하 여 표집된 결과는 SPSS Statistics Version 20.0 프로그램으로 반복측정 변량분석과 대응표본 t-검증을 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 교류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료가 전업주부의 양육태도에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으 며, 양육태도의 하위영역 중 자율적, 민주적, 의도적 무관심, 일관적 태도에서 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 교 류분석을 활용한 집단미술치료가 전업주부의 양육 스트레스 감소에 유의한 영향을 보였으며, 양육 스트레스 하 위 영역 중 자녀의 까다로운 기질에 대해 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 따라서 부모의 양육태도와 양육 스트레스가 자녀에게 미치는 영향과 그 중요성을 인식할 때 후속 연구에서는 좀 더 다양한 상황과 연령의 전업주부를 대 상으로 한 예방차원의 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this research is to investigate how the group art therapy applying transactional analysis affects parenting style and parenting stress of housewives. The participants are housewives with at least a college education and with children from six to seven years old. Consisting of eight mothers respectively for both the experiment and control groups, sampled results of Parental Child-Rearing Attitudes Test (PAT) and Parenting Stress Index test are verified by repeated measure analysis of variance and paired t-test with SPSS Statistics Version 20.0. In terms of results, first, the group art therapy using transactional analysis shows impact on the parenting styles of housewives and on the autonomic, democratic, intentional, apathetic, consistent attitude of the lower section. Second, the group art therapy with transactional analysis shows effect on reducing the parenting stress of housewives and on fastidious temper of the lower section. Therefore, Recognizing the effect and importance of parenting style and parenting stress on the children, there should be preventive study on the housewives of different ages and various situations consistently in the further research.
