The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of the types of presenting fairy tales on
young children’s sociability. The subject of experiment was 40 four-year-old children. This
research has 40 participants aged 4.
The following include the findings of the study:
First, Animation fairy tale is more effective in sociability development than picture fairy tale
regardless of the gender difference.
Second, Animation fairy tale is more effective in sub-factors of sociability such as initiative,
intimacy, expressivity, activity and adaptability than picture fairy tale regardless of the gender
difference. Thus, to improve the sociability of children, we need to use the animation fariy tale
more often than picture fairy tale.
