This research is aimed to examine the differences in the satisfaction measurement in physical education class according to the variables as students\' personal backgrounds, and the state of the elementary physical education teacher having specialty in the area. The research was targeted towards 860 elementary school students from their fifth year to sixth year, and the data analysis includes reliability analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. As a result of the research, first the degree of satisfaction in physical education class conducting, learning results and learning environment all appeared to be higher for girls than boys. Second, students in their fifth grade appeared to have higher measurement of satisfaction in the class conducting, learning results and the learning environment than the students in their sixth grade . Third, the satisfaction measurement according to the teacher\'s specialty appeared to be all highest in the class conducting, learning results and the learning environment when the class teacher in charge had specialty, and lowest when the teacher without specialty took complete charge of class.
