The Renaissance in Europe put a special emphasis on Greco-Roman classics, which had been almost forgotten in the medieval times, but come back as great source that fosters human mind up to the level of ancient authors. This movement, characterizing itself as a ``revival of ancient age``, started in Italy at first, continued to spread far into the Northwestern Europe. However, the Renaissance didn`t stop copying the ancient culture but went further. It had more passion to create a new type of literature and architecture. Some Italian humanists wrote literature in their native language. Some in Northwestern Europe made attempts to produce a different style of literature. And some architects constructed a new pattern of ``Order Style`` in their building, which is called ``the Renaissance style.`` The Renaissance style came out not by mimicking the outer forms of ancient culture, but by re-experiencing the creating process of each of them, using it as a learning material to master it step by step. That`s the only way to copy the ``spirit`` of great ancient authors. In this paper, I would point out the revitalizing process of ancient culture with the concept of ``educational revival``, and then the creating process of going beyond it with the concept of ``educational reversal.``
