Quantitative enhancement of educare center seems so reasonable to meet social needs and relieve family burden of educare. However, from the viewpoint of educare center that may encourage our children to grow up in sound body and mind and help maximize their potential abiltaty, we also have to be interested in its qualitative aspects. Therefore, in order to enhance the qualitative level of educare center and assure its social responsibility and reliability, we must develop a accreditation system and certify educare centers overall.
This study aims to identify how the persons concerned with national and public educare centers recognize so called evaluative accreditation system, which will be enforced sooner or later, so that it may provide basic materials to introduce the system.
