This study is accomplished for the purpose of problem about the protection of juvenile delinquency. The family has to restore the educational function that was reduced in the process of social change and to concern with inspiration of children\'s self reliance and increase of conversation. A school should be the place that the youth spend the time merrily and prepare their future. The important problems like the runaway from home and suicide etc. are caused by the stresses and conflicts about scholastic per- formance. The normalization of school education needs quickly. And reinforcement of counsel activities, guidance from special activities, grasping and guidance of juvenile in need of direct, reinforcement of urban life guidance are needed. Home and the general public out of school is also important for the sound growth. The environments that harms to the juvenile such as the overflowing of materialistic values, many entertainment establishments around school and the injurious environment of a decadent entertainment establishment have to be relieved by the efforts of adults. The facilities for the making good use of spare time and the educational enlargement of mass communications are necessary. The results of this study is that introduce and guidance the sound juvenile lives. The introducing of the examples of internal and external sound juvenile lives make them pioneer their self-lives usefully practicing various and sound activities. Also various chances for presentation have to offer to juveniles by opening various academic and literary events.
