본 연구는 2012년에 발행한 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서 11권의 음악 관련 활동의 목표, 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가 및 통합과 같은 교육과정 요소의 적절성이 어떠한지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구들을 토대로 추출된 분석준거에 의해 음악 관련 활동 97개를 빈도와 백분율로 자료처리를 하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 음악 관련 활동의 목표에는 음악적 개념인 ``리듬`` 이외의 음악적 개념과 행동, 태도의 진술이 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 음악 관련 활동은 주로 음악교육내용 영역 중 ``노래부르기`` 활동이 많은 반면, 음악만들기와 음악극하기 내용 영역은 거의 다루고 있지 않았다. 또한 유아주도의 놀이 중심교수-학습 방법보다는 교사 주도의 대집단 중심의 교수-학습 방법 중심으로 활동방법이 진술되어 있었다. 음악적 태도 중심의 평가가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 주제중심의 교과 영역간 통합적 요소는 비교적 높게 진술되어 있으나, 통합의 요소가 고려되고 있지 않은 음악 관련 활동도 일부 포함되어 있었다.
This study investigates objectives, contents areas, instructional methods, assessment, and integrated aspects of music-related activities presented in the national five years old Nun curriculum guide books for teachers. A total of 97 music-related activities from 11 guidebooks, published in Febrary 2012, were analyzed for this study. The results indicated that musical objectives rarely include musical concepts, attitudes and musical behaviors except singing and musical attitudes. The music education contents areas rarely include music making and musical dramas. The instructional methods used in music-related activities include with priority given to teacher`s initiated large group method and singing focused concepts. The assessment of music-related activities was the most frequent musical attitudes. With regard to the integrated aspects employed in the music-related activities, integrating the subjects into the curriculum was most often presented.
