Since the experience of school violence is gradually being increased lowering the age of experiencing it, it becomes serious social issue. The handicapped students cannot be excluded from the threat of school violence such as injury, assault, confinement, intimidation, insult, menace, coercion, and forced errand, sexual violence, harassment, ostracizing, bullying and cyber bullying. Therefore, this stud intended to compare and examine the perception on the school violence in the guardians of handicapped students and the guardians of non-handicapped students. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed and 234 questionnaire were collected(78%), out of which 200 questionnaires(67%), which were answered sincerely, were processed excluding 34 questionnaires that were not adequate for this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the results of comparing the perception on the cause of school violence, the perception in the guardians of handicapped students was represented high than that in the guardians of non-handicapped students for the personal factor and family factor, and for the social factors, the perception in the guardians of non-handicapped students was represented high. Second, in the results of comparing the perception on the seriousness of school violence, the perception in the guardians of handicapped students was represented high in all areas of physical, verbal and relational violence. Third, in the results of comparing the preventive measures of school violence, on the personal preventive measure and the educational preventive measure, the perception of the guardian of handicapped student was represented high, and on the environmental preventive measure, the perception of the guardian of non-handicapped student was high. In conclusion, it is observed that the perception of the guardian of handicapped student on the all areas of cause, seriousness, and preventive measure of the school violence is high.
