The purpose of this study was to identify child care provider socio-psychological factors related to injury in infant and child at child care center. The study is based on the raw data of 2015 National Childcare Survey in Korea, subjects were 3,866 who participated in the survey. Data were performed to logistic regression analysis by SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Analysis result, Factors related to injury in infant and child were child care providers stress and child care provider support from child care centers. As factors related to safety accident type in infant and child at child care center, First, in the case of child care provider stress for child care centers, there is a statistically significant difference in job stress, work fatigue and physical fatigue for bumps and falls, but in job stress and work fatigue for accidents other than bumps and falls. and in work fatigue for total accidents, too. Second, in the case of child care provider support from child care centers, bumps and falls, total accidents was a statistically significant difference in the support of the substitute and assistant care providers. As factors related to safety accident causes in infant and child at child care center, First, in the case of child care provider stress for child care centers, there is a statistically significant difference in job stress, work fatigue and physical fatigue for infant carelessness, but in work fatigue and physical fatigue for total accidents causes. Second, in the case of child care provider support from child care centers, infant carelessness, total accidents causes was a statistically significant difference in the support of the substitute and assistant care providers. Therefore, These results suggest specific directions for injury prevention in infant and child of the child care center and for supplementing and improving the system of infants and children and child care providers in the child care center and this will be based on the improvement of child care service quality and policy making.
