본 연구는 노인인권에 대한 인식 척도를 개발하고, 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 201명을 대상으로 1차 예비조사를 실시하였고, 분석결과를 토대로 같은 지역에 거주하는 노인 500명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 총 466부를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석 과정을 통해 요인을 추출하였고, 이 결과에서 얻어진 요인구조에 대해 확인적 요인분석을 통해 적합성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 노인인권에 대한 인식 척도는 ‘보호(6문항)’, ‘참여(6문항)’, ‘자아실현(10문항)‘, ’존엄(5문항)‘, ’독립(6문항)‘으로 총 33문항 5요인으로 확인되었다. 5개 하위요인의 내적 일치도와 반분신뢰도 모두 높게 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석에서 적합도 지수는 양호하였고, 판별타당도와 집중타당도 역시 타당하였다. 또한 척도와 공인 타당도를 검증하기 위해 기존의 노인인원의식 척도 및 자아존중감척도와의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였는데 모두 유의하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계, 후속연구를 위한 제안을 제시 하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for human right awareness scale for older people and to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. For this purpose, the preliminary survey was carried out for 201 elderly people over 65 years old residing in Gyeonggi – do, and the survey was conducted on 500 elderly people living in the same area based on the analysis results. A total of 466 copies were analyzed. The validity of factor structure was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, the perceptions of the elderly human rights were classified as protection (6 items) , participation (6 items) , self realization(10 items) , dignity (5 items)’. A total of 33 items were identified as 5 factors. Both the internal reliability and the semi–reliability of the elderly human recognition perceptions were high. Confirmatory factor analysis also confirmed that the structural model for the five–factor model was valid. The public validity was found to be high in the elderly human rights consciousness and the elderly human rights consciousness validity, and this study proved to be reliable and valid. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for future research are presented.
