Married women in the Korean society have played a role in the education of their children regardless of their academic background and working status. However, married women who are more interested in the quality of their lives and self-realization than the children s education in the local community are increasing, they are becoming an important subject to overcome the cultural barriers of closed communities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in education fever and the quality of life in middle class women, and the survey was conducted for middle class women living in Bundang area, Gyeonggi-do. The result of this study could be summarized as follows; First, Women, who participate in community activities, showed relatively low private education fever for their children. Second, they tend to separate themselves from the school grade, quality of life, and health of their children. Third, community activities among housewives play a bridging role between the various classes in the Korean society, which has a strong cultural discontinuity between classes. This suggests that the social position of middle class women who reproduce the existing inequality is changing into the subject of social transformation.
