The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-differentiation and self-efficacy of daycare teachers. The subjects of the study were 212 teachers of 25 daycare centers in G city and S area. The survey was conducted for about 2 weeks from October 10, 2016 to October 25, 2016. The research questions are as follows: First, what is the self-differentiation and self- efficacy according to the general background of daycare teachers. Second, the relationship between self-differentiation and self-efficacy of daycare teachers was investigated. This research tool First, in order to measure the level of ego differentiation, Bowen s self - differentiation scale was adapted to the actual situation in Korea. Second, the self-efficacy measuring instrument was modified by Tsuchannen-Moran (2000) to use the OSTES (Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Scale) according to Kim Yu-jung s(2004). As a result, There was a significant difference in self-differentiation and self-efficacy correlation. Therefore, the child care teacher should try to look after himself fully and accept the infant warmly and positively to maintain a comfortable life, and suggest that self-development efforts are very necessary as a professional for self-maturation.
