본 연구의 목적은 유아의 창의적 리더십에 스마트미디어 몰입경향성과 공감능력이 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 구조적 관계를 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 만 4, 5세 유아 220명을 대상으로 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 통해 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트미디어 몰입경향성은 공감능력, 창의적 리더십에 직접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스마트미디어 몰입경향성과 창의적 리더십의 관계에서 공감능력이 완전 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 붓스트래핑 방법을 통해 매개효과의 유의성이 검증되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 유아기 공감능력 발달의 중요성을 강조해주며, 미디어 통제가 사실상 불가능한 현대 사회를 살아가는 유아들의 창의적 리더십 발달에 있어 스마트미디어 몰입경향성의 영향에 대한 대안의 모색과 개입이 가능함을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of smart media immersion tendency and empathy in children in their creative leadership and to examine the structural relationship. For this purpose, the data collected from 220 children aged 4 and 5 years were analyzed by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs. The results disclosed that: First, the smart media immersion tendency directly affects empathy and creative leadership. Second, empathy has a full mediating effect on the relationship between smart media immersion tendency and creative leadership, where the mediating effect was verified by bootstrapping method. The result of this study emphasizes the importance of the development of early childhood empathy and suggests that alternatives to the influence of smart media immersion tendency can be sought and intervened in the development of creative leadership of children living in modern society where media control is virtually impossible.
