The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self - actualization group counseling on the self - actualization, depression and anxiety of middle - aged women. A total of 12 middle - aged women living in D were divided into 6 experimental groups and 6 control groups, and group counseling was conducted for 8 sessions, 1 session per week and 2 sessions for 100 minutes each. , And control group, respectively. Data were Analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test. The Results showed that the self - actualization group showed a positive statistically significant increase in self - actualization compared to the non - participation group. It was also found that the experimental groups participating in both the depression and anxiety tests showed a significant decrease in the level of the participants. The results of this study suggest that self - actualization group counseling conducted in middle - aged women shows the improvement of self - realization, and it is suggested that depression and anxiety are decreased by incident.
