The purpose of this study is to observe various problems encountered in the course of designing and implementing a Korean language teacher and analyze it from a critical point of view. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for improving the quality of teacher education related to Korean language teaching design by understanding the instructional design of teachers in Korean language education field. This study is based on a report that shows the difference between instructional design and practice written by 10 Korean teachers. Participants in the study completed a lesson plan for their lessons and recorded how the contents of the lesson plan and the actual lesson occurred after the lesson. In this study, we tried to analyze data using Nvivo 11, a qualitative research program. As a result of the data analysis, the number of initial coding of teachers self - reflection items on the instructional design and implementation shown in the latter report was 63. When we reclassified the whole coding items into the same category, they could be set as teacher factor, learner factor, and class factor . Through this study, it is suggested that the quality education should be continuously discussed through systematic and scientific analysis rather than simply relying on individual teachers experience or experience.
