The purpose of this study is to examine the achievements and tasks of Dahaengbok School from the viewpoint of the parents of Dahaengbok School, an Innovation school in Busan area. For this purpose, 9 schools were selected considering the school levels and designated year, and then group interview was conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, the parents identified the following achievements of Dahaengbok School: children like to go to school and have fun, teachers, students, and parents all communicate well, the principal and the vice principal are human, teacher show interest to all students and respect opinion. Parents felt that their children liked and enjoyed school, and that overall, students were bright and active, and the school atmosphere improved. Second, the parents identified the following tasks of Dahaengbok School: expand parental involvement, invite a teacher with the Dahaengbok school mind. Parents thought that it was necessary to expand parent participation in various school activities. Not only principal and vice principal teacher but also general teachers were hoping to invite teachers who can understand and practice Dahaengbok school.
