본 논문에서는 Flipped Learning의 효과를 향상시키기 위한 질관리 체계를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 Flipped Learning 질관리 체계는 강의운영 전부터 강좌운영 후까지 한 학기동안 진행한다. 자기주도 학습을 강조하기 위하여 학습자의 선행학습 후 실제 강의실에서 다양한 응용 학습을 진행하는 Flipped Learning은 대학 등의 고등교육 기관 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야의 교육 현장에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 이러한 Flipped Learning의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 기존의 수업방법을 선행학습이 이루어지는 PreClass와 강의실에서 교수자와 학습자가 상호작용을 통해 PreClass의 내용을 심화할 수 있는 수업 방법으로의 강좌운영 전 재설계가 필수적이다. 또한 재설계되어진 수업에 따라 학생들이 PreClass와 연계된 InClass의 학습 활동이 잘 이루어지는 지에 대한 모니터링과 컨설팅을 통해 수업을 개선하여야 하며 강좌운영 후에는 강좌운영에 대한 성찰이 이루어져야 한다. 제안하는 Flipped Learning 질관리 체계는 강의 재설계와 강좌 운영 개선 및 자아 성찰의 과정을 모두 포함하여 설계되었으며 운영 결과에 대한 분석을 통해서 제안하는 질관리 체계의 우수함을 보였다.
In this paper, we propose a quality control system to improve the effect of Flipped Learning Class. The proposed quality control system is conducted during a semester from a stage before a lecture to a stage after lecture. To emphasize self directed learning, Flipped Learning, which studies various application learning after prerequisite learning of students, is widely used not only in higher education such as a university but also various educational fields. In order to efficiently run a Flipped Learning lecture, it is necessary to redesign the lecture. This is consists of a PreClass which is studied prerequisite learning of students, and a InClass which can deepen the contents of a PreClass through interaction between the instruction and students in the lecture room. In addition, the lecture is improved through the monitoring and the consulting about a InClass. After the lecture is run, reflection on the operation of the class should be done. The proposed Flipped Learning quality control system is designed to include the course redesign, lecture management improvement, and self - reflection process. The analysis of the Flipped Learning operation shows the superiority of the proposed quality control system.
