본 연구는 60세 이상 여성노인 382명을 대상으로 하여 여성노인의 질투, 시기심이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구결과 여성노인의 질투와 시기심이 심할수록 관계적 공격성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 여성노인의 질투, 시기심이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고 이를 토대로 여성노인의 가시화 되어지는 관계적 공격성의 조절 방안과 심리적 안정을 도모하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 구체적인 연구문제로는 첫째, 여성노인의 질투 및 시기심이 관계적 공격성에 영향을 미치는가? 둘째 여성노인의 질투 및 시기심과 관계적 공격성 간의 관계에서 분노는 조절효과를 가지는가? 이다. 주된 연구결과를 중심으로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성노인의 관계적 공격성, 질투, 시기심 일반적 경향을 분석한 결과, 질투는 다른 변인에 비해 그 정도가 가장 높으며, 시기심 순이다. 질투와 시기심과 같은 개인 내적인 성향이라 할 수 있는 변수의 점수는 중앙값보다 살짝 높거나 살짝 낮은 수준이다. 둘째, 여성노인의 사회 인구학적 특성에 따른 제 변인의 차이를 분석한 결과 유의한 결과가 많지 않았다. 다른 변수에 비해 여성노인의 교육수준에 따른 차이가 유의미 한 경우가 많았다. 즉 교육수준에 따라 반응적 공격성, 주도적 공격 성의 차이가 유의했는데, 중졸이상의 교육수준을 가진 여성노인의 관계적 공격성과 분노가 무학 혹은 초졸인 여성노인에 비해 낮았다. 셋째, 여성노인의 질투와 시기심이 관계적 공격성에 미치는 회귀분 석을 실시한 결과, 여성노인의 질투가 심할수록 반응적 공격성이 높아지며, 시기심이 심할수록 반응적 공격성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 질투가 시기심에 비해 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향력이 더큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 여성노인의 시기심이 심할수록 반응적 공격성이 높아지지만 질투의 영향 력은 통계적으로 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여성 노인의 질투가 관계적 공격성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 지지되었다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of jealousy and jealousy of elderly women on relational aggression in 382 elderly women over 60 years old. The results showed that the greater the jealousy and jealousy of the elderly women, the higher the relationship aggressiveness. The purpose of this study is to identify the relation between the impacts of elderly woman s jealousy and envy on the relational aggression based on which to suggest the mediating measures for relational aggression visualized in the elderly woman and the measures to promote the psychological stability. The specific subjects of inquiry are;first, does the jealousy and the envy of elderly woman have impact on the relational aggression? the relation between the jealousy and the envy of elderly woman and the relational aggression? To do that, the questionnaire survey was conducted with 385. The major study results are as follows. First, in the results of analyzing the general inclination of the relational aggression, jealousy, envy and anger in the elderly woman, the jealousy received 3.226 points showing the highest degree compared to other variables, the envy received and the trait anger scored 2.454 points in order. The score of the variables having internal inclination of individual similar to the jealousy and the envy was slightly higher or lower than the median value. In the anger toward other people or the relational aggression, since the trait anger was scored but other variables were scored low showing around 1 points, the anger and the aggression of the elderly woman can be considered to be low. Second, in the results of analyzing the difference among the various variables in the socio-demographic characteristics, the significant results were found not much. There were many cases that the significant difference was found according to the education level compared to other variables. That is, according to the education level, the significant difference in the reactive aggression, proactive aggression, state anger and trait anger was found and the relational aggression and the anger in the elderly women having education level of middle school graduate or higher were lower compared to those in the elderly women who were not educated or graduated the elementary school.
