4차 산업혁명은 이미 우리 사회 전반에 걸쳐 변화를 초래하고 있다. 항공산업과 공항산업에도 4차산업혁명 관련 기술의 적용은 현실화되고 있다. 지문 인식 탑승, 셀프 백드롭 서비스 등 다양한 서비 스가 이미 실현되었다. 이러한 흐름은 공항 산업 전반에 걸쳐 혁명적인 변화를 초래할 것으로 예상된 다. 이에 본 논문은 인천국제공항을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술을 어떻게, 어느 분야에 도입할 것인가에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 우선 공항운영과 관련하여 4차 산업혁명과 밀접하게 연관된 6개 핵심기술과 6개 적용분야를 각각 선정하였다. 그리고 24명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 시행하고 각 기술과 적용분야의 우선순위를 도출하였고, 인천국제공항이 우선적으로 도입해야할 세부 수익모델을 제안하였다. 분석결과, 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술 중 가장 우선적으로 도입해야 하는 기술은 빅데이터와 사물인터넷이었으며, 우선적으로 적용해야 하는 분야는 스마트 프로세스와 스마트 운영으로 나타났다. 아울러, 우선적으로 도입해야 하는 세부 수익모델 검토결과, 공항터미널 프로세스 자동화시스템이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is already bringing about changes throughout our society. The application of the fourth industrial revolution to the aviation and airport industries is becoming a reality. Various services such as fingerprint recognition boarding and self-backdrop service have already been realized. This trend is expected to bring about revolutionary changes throughout the airport industry. This paper analyzed how and where to apply technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution to Incheon International Airport. For acomplish goal of this paper, we selected six core technologies and six fields closely related to the fourth industrial revolution in relation to airport operation. We conducted a Delphi survey of 24 experts, derived priorities for each technology and fields. And we proposed a detailed revenue model to be introduced firstly by Incheon International Airport. According to the analysis, among the technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution, big data and Internet of Things were the first technologies to be adopted, and smart processes and smart operations were the first fields to be applied. In addition, airport terminal process automation system should reviewed in priority as revenue model.
