The mainstream ideology of socialist China never let Ba Ren take off the revisionist s hat to death. His The theory of human feelings which reflecting humanistic view of literary is comparable with Qian Gu-Rong s article on literary criticism, Literary is the science about human being. Ba Ren advocated that because the fundamental goal of the class struggle which was valued by communist leaders is the liberation of human nature, so, literary writers have to write works that reflect humanism on which readers can feel the true feelings of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure.
