This study tried to discuss the concept and reality influencing integrated education through the perspective of critical theory. The results of this study were as follow. First, the concept on South Korea’s integrated education does not sufficiently reflect developmental stages and terms of integrated education. This study showed that it needed to figure out the current level of integrated education through critical perspectives in order to overcome these phenomena and needed to use appropriate terms based on these understandings. Second, this study showed that personal factors influencing integrated education as the reality related to integrated education could be differed according to the degrees influencing integrated education. Based on these classifications, I mentioned that the stakeholders regarding inclusion seemed not to have equal relations and insisted that persons in passive roles needed to have more opportunities to participate regarding integration. Based on the result of this study, I emphasized the use of terms related to integrated education reflecting current educational environment and the necessity of the equal participation of various persons influencing integrated education.
