본 연구는 특성화고 학생들의 취업 대상 기업의 자기소개서 항목을 분석하고 그에 적합한 자기소개서 지도 단계를 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본고에서는 대상 기업의 실제 자기소개서 항목을 분석하고 그 특징을 파악하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 NCS(National Competency Standard)를 적용한 5단계의 지도 과정을 모색하였다. 36개 기업의 40세트의 자기소개서 항목을 검토한 결과 첫째, 일반적인 자기소개서 항목과는 다른 다양한 범주(내용)가 혼재한 항목이 나타났으며 둘째, NCS를 기반으로 한 직업기초능력이 반영된 자기소개서 항목이 제시되는 양상으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 반영하여 5단계[자기소개서 항목 검토→직업기초능력 하위 영역 연계→각 영역의 하위 능력 연계→개인 경험의 연계→자기소개서 작성]의 자기소개서 지도 과정을 제안하였다. 이는 자기소개서 항목에 대한 분석을 토대로 NCS 직업기초능력의 영역과 그 하위 능력을 연계하여 지도하는 방법이라는 점에서 실효성이 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This study is designed to analyze items of self-introduction for companies that hire from specialised high schools and to limit the appropriate level of guidance. The purpose of this project is to present a four-step process for analyzing self-introduction items and appliying it to the National Competence Standard (NCS). 40 sets of self-introduction items from 36 companies were reviews, showing an emergence of items with different content from the general self-introduction items and items with basic occupational skills based on the NCS. It proposes educational measures that would combine the two types of items. This is a method to link the scope of the NCS basic vocational skills with its sub-skills based on analysis of items in self-introductions.
