In this paper the research on the existing social welfare field has a great significance in starting the This study focuses on the human resource management remaining in the existing facility from the point of emphasizing on the departure of the workers. existential spirituality and Religious spirituality which have hardly been handled in the existing social welfare studies on turnover of social welfare center workers, this study aims to perceive the importance of human resources management, which integrates social environments and spiritual dimension of individuals in social welfare and to verify the influence of factors that prevent spiritual turnover of social welfare center workers.\nIt was revealed hat religious spirituality and existential spirituality, which are sub-areas of spirituality, influenced Job embeddedness and self-efficacy.\nSpirituality had directly significant influence on Job embeddedness without going through self-efficacy. When it comes to the relationship among these three variables, the theoretical implication here is that this study verified the causal relationship between spiritualty and Job embeddedness.\nTherefore, the necessity of continuous management and research for the change of the workers suggests that it is necessary to study spirituality and Job embeddedness which can be trained in the long term rather than short-term education or training.
