There are a lot of restaurants that shut down in a short period of time in the food service industry, which is a growth industry where the number of restaurants and customers is increasing. We believe the reason for this is that we started the restaurant business without knowing the exact needs of our customers. With the increase in the number of restaurants, the diversification of food service, and changes in customer needs, restaurants have come up with new marketing strategies. In this study, we try to analyze the priority factors of customers for choosing restaurants and find implications.\nIn this study, we used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to measure the relative importance of customers to store selection factors. The results were summarized as follows. First, it is found that importance of store selection factors are relatively high in order of product, Physical evidence, promotion, price, service process, people, and place factor. Second, in the product factors freshness of food and taste of food, in physical evidence interior decoration and store appearance, in promotion SNS promotion and discount coupon were relatively important.
