The research was conducted in order to produce a basic concept on the teacher of young children for music drama. As for the research method, the survey was conducted on child care teachers in Daejeon area, followed by preliminary and main surveys. Teachers in daycare centers were aware of English music plays, applied on-site, and required teacher training through descriptive analysis, respectively. According to a survey of the field application of children s teachers on English music shows, children s teachers should increase their interest in English music plays by developing various programs that can be easily applied in the educational field reflecting the interests and needs of infants, and by expanding opportunities for seminars and training for the re-education of child teachers. We also found that the environment needed to help infants perform freely in English music plays. Continuing research is needed and various ways to boost English music play should be explored.
