본 연구는 예비 간호사의 의사소통능력, 비합리적 신념, 자아 존중감 및 대인관계를 파악하여, 예비 간호사의 대인관계에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위히여 시도하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2017년10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 P시 2개 대학교에 재학 중에 예비 간호사 232명이었다. 수집된 자료는SPSS 22.0 Pro.을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient 및Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 연구 대상자의 대인관계는 의사소통능력(r=.459, p=<.001) 및 자아존중감(r=.662, p=<.001)은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 비합리적 신념(r=.-337, p=<.001)은 음의 상관관계로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감(β=.964, p=<.001)과 의사소통능력(β=198, p=<.001)으로, 전체 설명력은 53.6%이었다. 본 연구결과를바탕으로 예비 간호사의 원만한 대인관계 형성을 위하여 일상생활에서의 비합리적 신념을 수정하고, 자아존중감 증진을 위한 대인관계 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 필요가 있겠다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects that nursing students communication ability, irrational belief and self-esteem have on interpersonal relationship. The data were obtained from distribution structured questionnaires to 232 nursing students in Busan. Begging October 1th to the November 30th of 2017. Collected data were analysed with descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The correlation between communication ability(r=.459, p=<.001) and self-esteem(r=662, p=<.001) showed to be positivity correlated on interpersonal relationship. Also the correlation between irrational belief(r=-337, p=<.001) showed to be negativity correlated on interpersonal relationship. The results showed self-esteems(β=.964, p=<.001) and communication ability(β=198, p=<.001) were significant predictor and accounted for 53.6% of the variance in interpersonal relationship of nursing students. Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply an interpersonal relationship enhancement program to improve irrational beliefs and improve self-esteem in nursing students.
