아동청소년 인권에 대한 연구동향을 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다.\n본 연구의 자료는 KCI 국내 학술지 중심으로 1994년 – 2017년까지 논문이며, 자료는 1994년부터 2017년까지 게재된 총 310편이다. 본 연구문제는 연도별 연구동향, 학술지별 연구동향, 연구유형별에 따른 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 연도별에서는 2016년 47(15.0%)편이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 둘째, 학술지별에서는 법과 교육연구 20(6.45%)편이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 논문유형별에서는 인권인식 및 실태조사연구가 165(53.23%)편으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 국가인권위원회 업무의 일환으로 인권에 관한 교육 및 홍보를 포함시키고자 하였다. 또한, 학교교육 현장에서 재학생과 학교 밖 청소년에게 각 개인의 인권에 대한 관심과 참여시키는 계기가 될 것이다. 청소년인권이 성인에 의해 교육되며 보호되는 존재로 인식되어 왔으나 향후, 청소년이 주체가 되어 참여와 현장 중심의 실천에 대한 권리와 의무를 함께 실행할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 1994년부터 2017년까지 국내학술지를 중심으로 분석하였으며, 아동청소년 인권연구의 사각지대라는 특수성을 고려할 때, 본 연구의 의의는 매우 중요하다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends on human rights of children and adolescents based on domestic journals. The data of this research centered on KCI domestic journals from 1994 to 2017, and the data are total 310 from 1994 to 2017. This study examined trends in research trends by year, research trends by journals, and research trends by research type. The results of this study are as follows: First, 47 (15.0%) were the highest in year 2016, and 20 (6.45%) were the highest in law and education research. Third, human rights perceptions and survey researches were the highest with 165 (53.23%). The results of this study were intended to include education and publicity on human rights as part of the National Human Rights Commission. In addition, it will be an opportunity to concern about human rights and to engage for who enrolled students and students outside of school in the field of school education. Although adolescent rights have been recognized as being protected and educated by adults, it will be necessary for young people to be able to exercise their rights and obligations together in participation and field-based practice in the future. This study was analyzed from 1994 to 2017 focusing on domestic journals. The significance of this study is very important considering the specificity of the study of adolescent rights research.
