Disadvantaged gifted students have been a topic of considerable interest in gifted
education domain. The gifted edcation and gifted educatinon programs have to reflect the
rich diversity of countries. This research examines the disadvantaged gifted student\'s-by
virtue of being members of certain groups in our society, are markedly less likely to be
identified as gifted and placed in programs for gifted students. The education system aims to
nurture every student and help all students discover their talents, realize their full potential,
and develop a passion for their life. Therefore, disadvantaged gifted students must be
stretched to realize their potential, and equally importantly, to be nurtured so that they will
take their place in society later on as morally upright and responsible individuals. This
process helps to develop the programmes in gifted children overall.
