This research is basic study on the scale development of the employer\'s awareness for the handicapped employment. We set a category by the literature review and In-depth interview and test the construct concept and appropriate of questions from the professional consultant. We Develops the preliminary questions about the employer\'s awareness for the handicapped
employment. We executed a pilot survey preliminarily scale after the contents validity verification. Pilot survey led and controlled the questions which are inappropriate in investigation and the scale made to refine. In 172 questions 157 excepted question 15 is inappropriate and analyzed. About the employer\'s awareness for the handicapped person employment scale showed a high level with .824. from the result of KMO value. The result of Bartlett test seemed with .000, and the total dispersion explanation power of the 4 factors appeared with 63.887%. The total factor value seemed above of most .50 and the propriety of each variable was guaranteed and suitable.
This scale is composed with 5 questions about the worry, 4 questions about the handicapped person, employment relation to cost 4 questions, the another people reaction 5 questions and the social responsibility 4 questions, total 17 questions.
