The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not disability understanding program based on video materials have effects on young children\'s attitudes toward peers with disabilities. The subjects in the study were 56 children at age five from three kindergarten classrooms. The program was applied for four weeks, 180 minutes a day. When pretest and posttest were implemented, the followings were obtained:
First, the program had a positive impact on changing the way the young children perceived peers with disabilities.
Second, the application of the video materials brought more positive changes to the experimental group\'s attitude toward peers with disbilities than to the control group\'s.
