Changes of the human right conditions in the military organization are slower than requested by the society, and as sensual, impulsive and egoistic new-generation youngsters join the military organization, the social request for a new culture of the military organization is more intense. The purpose of this study is to understand new-generation soldiers' traits, analyze the relations between their personal traits of mal-adaptation to the military life and relevant accidents during their military life, examine the causes of human right infringement in the military organization and thereupon, explore the ways to practice the military social welfare. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; First, It was also confirmed that their stress from their military life would develop into depression and anxiety affecting their military service morale negatively. Second, despite the multi-faced efforts to prevent accidents in the military camps, our soldiers' human rights were being infringed upon in such forms as senior soldiers' unfair order, instruction, interference, physical assault and abuse, verbal violence, violation of top 5 absolute prohibitions, coercion on privacy, etc. Third, It was found that it would be necessary to identify their socio-psychological problems at the earlier stage of their military life, diagnose the factors causing their maladaptation to their military life through counselling activities associated with their families and thereby, mobilize all services available to treat their problems fundamentally and recover their self-esteem. Fourth, it was deemed essential to command and lead the maladapting soldiers in a reasonable and effective way. Specifically, it was deemed necessary to introduce a system identifying and managing the maladapting soldiers rather than intervene in them unconditionally. And it was also necessary to establish a culture of military camp for mutual respect and consideration, based on clinical experiences to relieve commanders of their burden for management of the soldiers. Based on the above results of this study, the researcher suggested the following ways for practice of the military social welfare: Bringing up of professional military social welfare officers, establishment and operation of a civilian professional counsellor system, activation of the researches into new ways to command and lead the soldiers to create a mutually respecting and considering military camp culture from a new and open perspective, and the like.
