This study aims to compare the effect of social support for general education and special education teachers upon their job satisfaction. To achieve this, it conducted a survey to its subject of 110 general education teachers and 83 special education teachers. According to the result of it, senior and coworker support affected general education teachers while senior, coworker, and family support influenced special education teachers statistically significantly. However, coworker support rather affected general education teachers in a negative way. Based on this result, this research has provided practical suggestions to enhance general education and special education teachers’ job satisfaction.
