The purpose of this study presented the practical guidelines for student practice education and provided what the improvement plans were, as having students who completed the social welfare practice analyze their practice records to submit the college. The research was conducted as the evaluations of the practical fields by the students after the practical fields. The researcher made the data lists for the study and reviewed the evaluations which are composed of C university\'s records between 2000 and 2008. The samples consisted of 250 subjects by descriptive analysis. As the result, Regarding the positive effects in this study, Not only it was important to keep the relationship of other practice students for students\' self evaluations but also supervisor\'s specialty affected the evaluation of practice institutes. Besides, the seminars in university gave positive effects the self assessments about that academy. On the contrary, there are three negative influences in this study. First, controlling ability to work had an influence on students\' self evaluations, and satisfaction of supervisor was related to the facility\'s evaluation. Finally, the orientation of practical fields was affected to the university\'s assessment. The study suggested the effective integration between the seminars in the university and the practice fields for social welfare.
