This study was conducted to provide Korea with basic data for introducing valuation accreditation system in the Community Child Center and its wide-spread use by analyzing Outside School Hours Care Quality Assurance (QSHCQA). With this purpose in mind, this study analogized NCAC(National Child care Accreditation Council) in terms of evaluation organization of administrative, evaluation goals, evaluation target, evaluation process, evaluation programs and for the use of evaluation results this study also referred to data of statistics and literature materials in Australia and Korea Government. This study suggests the directions for improving the Community Child Center evaluation systems in Korea : 1) To establish supporting system for improving quality through self-evaluation, 2) To establish child-centric evaluation systems based on respect for children and interactions with children. 3) To prepare active supporting system to help variety institution and organization in community. 4) It must comply with the principles regarding child benefits. 5) The evaluation systems has to be improved to provide children with the programs based on each child needs and development. 6) supporting at government and active publicity about both child Community Center and local community should recognize the necessity of the evaluation system.
